Job Description
Infomate, a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to spearhead the migration of our Document Management System to a new platform.
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Infomate Head Office, Colombo 01
Shift: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration project with a focus on planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop project plans, manage risks, and track progress to meet project goals.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior exposure to document management systems and migrations is an advantage.
