Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Reservations Executive/ Manager to oversee all OTA (Online Travel Agent) operations, optimize listings, and manage booking processes. The ideal candidate will excel at maximizing revenue and ensuring seamless coordination across online channels. Experience in social media management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OTA accounts, ensuring accurate and appealing property listings.
- Implement pricing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize distribution channels.
- Oversee the reservations process, ensuring efficiency and excellent guest service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align OTA and social media strategies.
- Maintain relationships with OTA partners and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in OTA management and reservations.
