Role Description
This full-time on-site role at Adamjee Lukmanjee & Sons in Colombo involves managing brand activities, marketing, research, communication, and strategy to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
- Part CIM/SLIM qualification or Marketing/Business Diploma
- 3-5 years FMCG experience
- Digital marketing and design skills preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication in English
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Results-driven with analytical mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute A&P activities
- Understand FMCG Sales and Distribution
- Monitor sales & generate reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders
- Support new product launches
- Manage documentation efficiently
