Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Assistant based in Colombo. The Travel Assistant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating business travel logistics, providing customer service, and facilitating travel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
- Ability to handle Business Travel logistics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
