Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of company secretarial work.
- Researching, drafting & preparing legal documents.
- Liaise with relevant government departments, clients, and experts.
- Attend and participate in both internal and external meetings as required.
- Handle visa matters.
- Conducting searches at the Land Registry & registering deeds.
- Assisting with other administrative & field-related tasks that may arise.
Qualifications
- Registered Attorney at Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial and corporate law.
- Strong drafting and writing skills.
- Methodical and dynamic person with good interpersonal skills.
- English speakers preferred. Bilingual would be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office packages & Google Workspace.
