Job Description
The Hayleys Group (Hayleys PLC) is looking to hire an Executive for Inbound Operations to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from Tourists and Local customers, ensuring a conversion rate above 80%.
- Build a database for transport suppliers.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Achieve Annual targets for Inbound revenue, Pax, and income.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years’ experience in managing Inbound Tour operations.
- Ability to create Inbound Tour packages.
- Strong industry knowledge with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work long hours independently.
- Comfortable in a highly computerized environment.
- Dynamic, target-oriented, and strong agent relationships.
