Job Description

The Job:

• Assist VP Legal/AVP Legal and Team Leader – WB in safeguarding the bank’s interest through drafting and executing security documents for WB.
• Provide legal opinions and advice on security documents for WB.
• Review and draft necessary documents for account opening at WB.
• Vet guarantee formats for Trade Department and offer legal opinions as required.
• Ensure timely drafting and execution of security documents while maintaining quality standards.
• Comprehend the legal framework and Service Level Agreements of the bank.

The Person:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Attorney at Law/Notary Public & Company Secretary.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Company Law & Banking Law.
• Skills in negotiation and drafting legal documents.
• Analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and high levels of motivation and determination.
