Job Description

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 packages and related cloud services, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration. Integrate Microsoft 365 with other systems and applications, leveraging Visual Basic for advanced automation and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to create dynamic, shared work environments using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and seamless offline-online integrations. Leverage advanced strategies and simple tools to optimize workflows, enhance team collaboration, and drive productivity across diverse projects.
• Expert in the installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, as well as Microsoft Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022). Ensure efficient operation of desktop applications and cloud-based services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Provide hands-on support for a wide range of IT hardware systems.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot LAN services and IP addressing. Configure routers, switches, and wireless access points to ensure network efficiency and security. Administer and troubleshoot WAN services, including internet and VPN (JP-VPN, IPSec) connectivity, with a strong understanding of routing and switching technologies.
• Provide comprehensive technical support, ensuring quick resolution of any technical issues that arise within the system infrastructure. Identify areas for improvement in IT processes and make recommendations to enhance system reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, network setups, troubleshooting steps, and IT procedures. Create reports for senior management regarding system performance and issues.
