Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Secretary to support the VP-HR in administrative tasks and daily operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department and providing efficient service to the bank’s management. The Job:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Department.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accuracy of HR data and information.
  • Handle stationery and overhead costs for the department.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings.
  • Support employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Assist in Employee Relations activities.
  • Liaise with Compliance and Finance departments on key personnel information.
  • Perform general secretarial duties.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

The Person:

  • Must have qualifications in HR, Banking, Management, or Secretarial studies.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to professionalism.
