Responsibilities:
- Qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and proposing customized solutions with Interactive SMART Boards, ELV Systems, Network, and security infrastructure.
- Clearly presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
- Working closely with the sales team to develop compelling technical proposals that address client requirements.
- Proactively researching and staying informed about the latest infrastructure advancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support.
- Conduct training sessions and offering insights to educate customers on features and functionalities of interactive SMART boards, ELV systems, Network, and Security solutions.
- Understanding of company product portfolio and how it addresses specific client needs.
Qualifications:
- A higher diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer role (or similar technical sales function) with a strong understanding of Interactive SMART Boards, ELV Systems, Network, and Security Solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Technical background and understanding of the IT infrastructure technologies with a focus on IT systems, hosting solutions, and Cloud Services.
- General knowledge of the IT infrastructure market and products.
- Customer relationship sustaining skills, problem-solving ability.
