Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Department of Coffee in Colombo. The Barista will be responsible for daily tasks such as preparing and serving coffee, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
