Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee experience surveys to complete on due timelines.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues and internal teams for successful event delivery.
- Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and creative communications.
- Manage and update the company intranet with timely HR information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in internal communications, event planning, and HR.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva for communication and design.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizing skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset passionate about improving workplace culture.
