Job Description
Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality/Production Management, Production Engineering, or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year experience in quality assurance in operations, preferably in a similar manufacturing industry
- Basic understanding of ISO standards and management principles
- Moderate level of understanding in lean methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Scope & Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on materials
- Ensure proper manufacturing processes
- Monitor efficiency of printing and packing processes
- Inspect finished goods inventory and address quality issues
- Ensure safety guidelines adherence
- Coordinate with staff for smooth operations
- Maintain stocks and adhere to standards/regulations
