Job Description: CRM Administrator
In this role, you’ll oversee daily CRM activities, ensuring efficient client management, timely client communication, and helping the team to meet their targets. Working closely with Sales Team Leaders and Managers, you will provide valuable feedback to enhance team performance and play a key role in our team’s growth and success. Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor new leads and clients effectively.
- Provide support and guidance to sales agents.
- Train new employees to use the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized client database.
- Monitor and Analyze traffic data.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English both verbally and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in a similar role, in the financial industry or Back Office/CRM departments is an advantage.
- A team player with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
