Role Description: As a full-time on-site Medical Doctor, you will diagnose and treat patients, monitor their progress, update medical records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) or equivalent
- Experience in Ayurvedic hospital or wellness center
- Proficiency in Ayurveda Panchakarma treatments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage medical assistants
- Adaptability to new treatment methods
- Fluency in Sinhala and English; additional languages a plus
