Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chief Manager to lead our General Trade department, specializing in hardware tools. This role requires a strategic leader with strong industry knowledge to drive growth and attract new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to build and expand the business in the hardware tools market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and hardware industries.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
• Oversee operational functions to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
