Job Description
One of our clients in the EV Automobile Services Sector is looking for a passionate individual to join as their Assistant Manager – Business Development.
The Role:
As our AM Business Development, you will be responsible for driving showroom operations, leading sales professionals, and expanding market presence in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities
- Execute brand-building initiatives
- Lead and manage sales team
- Build strong customer relationships
- Implement process improvements

Requirements:
- 2-5 years sales leadership experience
