Aitken Spence Hotels operates a chain of 24 hotels and resorts in Maldives, India, Oman, and Sri Lanka, known for excellence and eco-friendly practices. They are seeking a Reservations Executive in Colombo to manage hotels in Sri Lanka, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to sales efforts.
Role Description
Responsible for reservations, customer service, and sales, the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, work well under pressure, and be proficient in English and Sinhala. Prior experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Opera Cloud and Opera V5.5 is a plus.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent command in English and Sinhala languages
- Experience as a Reservations Executive with good track record
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player
- Prior hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge in Opera Cloud, Opera V5.5
