Role Description:
This is a contract hybrid role as an Insurance Advisor at Union Assurance. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing insurance advice and solutions, financial consulting, and exceptional customer service. The role is primarily located in Battaramulla but allows for some remote work flexibility.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Consulting and Customer Services
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret information
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Certification in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Passing O/L Exam with ordinary pass or higher grade for mathematics subject is a must
- Insurance and Finance Knowledge is an added advantage
