Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review credit applications, set limits, and assess customer creditworthiness.
- Track overdue invoices, record payments, and escalate as needed.
- Manage field expenses, support sales goals, and assist with tenders.
- Ensure timely fulfillment, accurate documentation, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries, track sales progress, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales and credit reports for management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Minimize bad debt risks and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain updated customer, credit, and sales records in CRM and ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration Management / Finance or related.
- 3-4 years of Sales Administration experience in pharma or FMCG industry preferred.
- Good understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of CRM programs.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales, self-motivated, and results-driven.
