Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Driving key business objectives related to revenue, reach, and conversion rates
- Provide tactical support to formulate, implement, track, and optimize campaigns and programs within Customer Value Management
- Robust consumer insights through advanced analytics, collaborating closely with our AI & ML teams
- Responsible for customer segmentation to identify business opportunities
- Executing targeted segmented marketing campaigns for retention management
Expected Profile:
- BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Statistics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Growth Analysis
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with a data interpretation aptitude
- Experience in managing digital channels effectively
- Knowledge of business market concepts
