Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Support Consultant on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and European/industry standards, as well as the ability to work with our overseas client to develop effective, scalable HR solutions.
What You Have to Do:
- Work on salary banding and proposal/recommendations.
- Performance management write-ups.
- Competency framework, levels, titles, and criteria for roles – drafting out a proposal based on industry/European standards, etc.
What We Need:
- At least 10 years of experience in HR working with top management.
- Strong skills in compensation structuring and performance management.
- Proficiency in documentation and proposal writing.
- Familiarity with European HR standards.
