Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or project accounting.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to think critically, identify issues, and propose cost-effective solutions.
