The Junior Business Operations/Service Desk Analyst will support the business by handling various administrative and operational tasks. Key duties include managing customer orders, data management, report generation, and quality assurance tasks. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide support to the Customer Operations Management team and assist with broader business needs as required.
- Ensure all updates and changes to customer orders are completed accurately and promptly before installation.
- Generate reports and send them to the management team on time.
- Follow process documentation to manage assets for daily dispatch.
- Ensure precise and timely asset tracking and management.
- Use Microsoft Office to monitor calls, assess quality based on set criteria, and provide feedback to relevant team members.
- Respond to customer reviews using pre-defined responses and ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Core Competencies Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) or Salesforce applications is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively, with excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize a demanding workload.
Working Hours
- Standard hours: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM.
- Flexibility to work weekly one night shift: 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM (work from home is available for this shift).
- Monthly requirement to work one Saturday and Sunday shift.
