Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of software solutions
- Coach and mentor junior developers
- Work closely with project managers for timely project delivery
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
- Stay updated on latest technologies for process improvement
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 2-3 years of software development experience
- Strong knowledge of development principles and tools
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Scrum Agile and front-end technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
