Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of company facilities.
- Coordinate maintenance staff and service providers.
- Manage building systems maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage facility budget.
- Plan and coordinate facility projects.
- Manage equipment inventory and emergency issues.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with facility management software and office applications.
- Degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
- Certification in facility management a plus.
