Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Representative Associate. Responsibilities include handling customers, preparing documents, acquiring customer qualifications, conducting company research, meeting potential customers, and supporting the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and work management software.
- Prior experience in sales or customer relations is advantageous.
- Experience in a similar field is a plus.
