Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Track progress, monitor timelines, and collaborate with teams for successful project completion.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing project obstacles.
- Utilize expertise in hardware and software development to guide teams effectively.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Planisware, and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
- Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, and foster a positive team environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years in Engineering/Program Management, including Scrum Master experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Planisware, Confluence) and MS Office.
- Deep understanding of hardware and software development processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
