Role Overview: As Head of Supply Chain & Logistics, you will lead and optimize material flow from sales order to delivery, focusing on achieving profitability through optimal inventory management and meeting customer demand. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement, supply planning, vendor development, customer service, logistics, and warehousing for efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly review and adjust supply chain strategy
- Manage KPIs, oversee warehouse and logistics operations
- Lead vendor development initiatives and manage logistics providers
- Identify cost drivers, implement cost-saving initiatives
- Work with cross-functional divisions for consistent integration of warehouse activities
Expected Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics Management
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong ERP system experience, especially with SAP
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in managing complex supply chain operations
