Job Description
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of security and administration processes
- Ensure fire safety, compliance, and first aid programs
- Monitor & manage building maintenance and daily admin operations
- Administer group Medical & Vehicle Insurance Schemes
- Attend and follow up on official inquiries related to the organization
- Monitor and update agreements with outsourced contractors
- Provide support to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity
- Diploma or professional qualification related to HR Management/Administration
- Knowledge & experience of office management procedures
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Qualification in building maintenance and management is an advantage
- Ability to communicate well in Sinhala, English & Computer literacy
- Analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Valid riding license
