Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of BFSI customers
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Work with product teams, sales teams, customer service department, and pre/post sales engineers
- Ensure timely delivery of products, solutions, and projects
- Engage with project management team
- Stay informed about company products and services
- Prepare proposals in line with financial & legal policies
- Liaise with legal & stakeholders for contract finalization
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Assist in debt collections and pricing
- Utilize internal systems like CRM & SOMS
- Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction
- Attend client meetings and deliver presentations
- Identify required trainings and provide support beyond responsibilities
- Undertake tasks requested by Line Manager
