Role Description
This full-time on-site role at IIHS in Wattala involves overseeing HR management, operations, employee relations, policies, and overall human resources functions.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Operations skills
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Knowledge of HR principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
