Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of engineering experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of project management, design principles, and industry standards.
- Expertise in business development strategies for financial growth.
