Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Brand Lead to take charge of marketing our Adventure and Tea related brands: Flying Ravana, Ella Swing, Halpe Tea, Halpe Tea Tour, Ceylon Tea Supermarkets, etc. If you have a strong track record in brand management in these sectors, we want to hear from you.
As the Brand Lead, you will shape the identity and messaging of these brands across all channels. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategies
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 3 years of brand management experience
- Proven success in leading marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and leadership skills
