Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for Cash Management and Supply Chain Management to enhance corporate client engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends, market needs, and technological innovations to identify new opportunities and create digital products and services that give the bank a competitive edge.
• Drive business development initiatives on the corporate and SME verticals to expand the digital portfolio, including new product launches and market penetration strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships in the digital space.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics related to digital initiatives.

Applicant Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or relevant certifications in digital transformation or Fin Tech is an added advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate banking, business development or product management with a strong focus on Cash Management and Supply Chain Management Solutions.
• Deep understanding of the corporate banking, SME landscape, digital transformation, and financial technology solutions.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in digital banking is preferred.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
