Job Description:
You will oversee all financial operations of our Sri Lanka entity, ensuring smooth business flow. Reporting to the Manager Financial Planning and Analysis, your role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cashflow and forecasting
- Prepare management reports and financial statements
- Handle Tax matters and statutory audits
- Assist in assessing financial feasibility of investments
- Communication with legal and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of finance operational experience (including audit exposure)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Xero System
- Qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA and/or CFA
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to excel in a startup environment
