Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Bluepeak Travel located in Nugegoda. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and offering expert travel advice to clients on their trips.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills, experience in making Travel Arrangements, Customer Service proficiency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, knowledge of reservation systems and booking platforms, attention to detail, organizational skills, and previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
