Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Line Heads for staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Finalize job descriptions and specifications for sourcing requirements.
- Source applicants through online channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and more.
- Shortlist and manage candidate selection.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline through referrals, job portals, and events.
- Maintain recruitment records and submit reports on time.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
