Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for our esteemed client company in the Telecommunication Industry. The candidate should have relevant experience to ensure smooth operations for the Chairman. They must be detail-oriented and a creative problem solver.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Chairman’s schedules.
- Manage all correspondences in Chairman’s office.
- Set up and maintain document management systems.
- Arrange materials for meetings efficiently.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communication flow.
- Support regular reports completion.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Take notes in meetings and day-to-day activities.
- Perform other administrative duties.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in secretarial practice.
- Post-qualifying experience in a similar capacity is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle documentation and appointments.
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English and Sinhala.
