Job Description
We are hiring a Shipping Executive to manage our China-to-Sri Lanka console cargo operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate air and sea freight shipments, handle documentation, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, 2-3 years of experience in freight coordination, knowledge of shipping regulations, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air and sea freight shipments
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Monitor and track shipments
- Resolve transportation issues
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
- 2-3 years of freight coordination experience
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and INCOTERMS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in shipping software and MS Office
- Certification in freight forwarding a plus
