Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation activities and schedules.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage logistics operations, including route planning and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and expenses.
- Analyze transportation data for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide support in resolving transportation-related issues and complaints.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant transportation laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in transportation management or logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in transportation management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
