Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented individual to join Envision Circle as an IT Business Analyst with additional responsibilities in Quality Assurance Engineering. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in business analysis, quality assurance, and technical skills in object-oriented programming and front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders, develop specifications, and facilitate workshops.
- Quality Assurance Engineering: Design test plans, execute testing, and collaborate with developers.
- Technical Collaboration: Assist in developing features, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated with technologies.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethics & focus on deliverables
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Business Analysis and/or QA Engineering
- Knowledge of OOP concepts, front-end technologies, and databases
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, Nest.js, and familiarity with Angular, .Net Core, and Git
Required Experience:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting
- Certification in Business Analysis or Quality Assurance is a plus
