Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned projects to ensure adherence to schedule and scope of project.
- Manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collects, analyses, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science-related field required.
- CSM / PMP certified would be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 6+ years of related experience required.
- Experience in working with international clients and vendors.
- Excellent PR skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical mind, problem-solving.
