Job Description
Position Overview:
The Distribution Rate Executive supports the Corporate Revenue Management Team and Hotel Teams in rate configuration and distribution. Responsibilities include managing Opera Cloud/CRS, Channel Manager (SynXis), GDS, and Extranets.
Responsibilities:
- Rate loading on reservation and distribution systems
- Configure rate policies
- Maintain deposit and cancellation policies
- Troubleshoot distribution channels
- Build relationships with trade partners
- Assist with new property openings
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in hospitality
- 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- 1 year in Distribution/Revenue
- Experience with Opera PMS/ORS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
- Market trends understanding
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
