Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Envoy Ortus in Colombo. The Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong network and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new leads
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
• Negotiate and successfully close deals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development/sales or account management
• Previous experience in the IT or BPO industry is advantageous
