Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our team at Talentfort Pvt Ltd. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in bridging the communication gap between our clients and our development team.
The candidate should be able to:
- Bridge the communication gap between clients and the development team.
- Produce professional documents and presentations.
- Conduct product demos for business analysis and gap analysis activities.
- Engage in the development process and related activities (Agile / Scrum) to ensure proper communication of requirements and accuracy of development is maintained.
- Form solutions and present them to stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of deliveries to manage customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
- Expertise in written and oral communication, gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional design specifications, business writing skills, and interacting with business partners and technical resources.
- Experience and strong ability to interact effectively with technical personnel.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas and improvements forward.
- Good presentation skills.
