Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational activities across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in senior operations management, BPO experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
