Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with motorcycle and e-motorcycle dealers, aligning with sales targets and market strategy.
- Drive sales growth to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Analyze market trends to optimize dealership performance and enhance product reach.
- Provide training and support to dealers, ensuring high service quality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities to drive brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for strategic adjustments.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing (full or partial).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the Motorcycle/E-Motorcycle sector.
- Previous experience in the automobile industry required.
- Strong ability to use initiative, work independently, and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage dealers and influence sales outcomes.
- Proven leadership qualities and exceptional interpersonal skills.
