Job Description:
- Responsible for MICE sales at various properties in Sri Lanka.
- Develop MICE sales strategy based on market trends.
- Create revenue-generating sales strategies.
- Collaborate on sales forecasting and special events.
- Manage client relationships and sales activities strategically.
- Expand account portfolio through prospecting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
