KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage cross-functional projects, allocate resources, track progress, and engage teams to meet targets.
- Coordinate with Lean Enterprise Teams, experts, and resources to promote a Lean culture in the division.
- Engage with MOS community, follow up on projects, and facilitate organizational process improvements.
- Assist in calibration audits, identify gaps, and provide coaching to ensure divisional compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Lean knowledge (RBT-A/Blue or Green Belt).
- Strong data analysis, communication, and leadership skills.
